What’s more the hotel has very happily decided to continue this season down the gastronomic path it embarked on last year in its Colette restaurant, meaning top-quality meats grilled over wood for discerning carnivores: Simmental and Salers beef, Black Angus beef from the States, wagyu beef from Chile, Sisteron lamb, Iberian pork.
