The winds of change are blowing across Villefranche harbour. This season, the seaside spot formerly known as Les Bains de la Plage has a new name. Regulars, rest assured: though the decor and the menu have been given a makeover, the team is still the same! The food served, which used to oscillate between southern specialities and Asian flavours, now focuses on local and Mediterranean products with signature regional dishes such as anchoïade, peppers in oil, courgette-flower fritters and grilled sardines. The decor creates a light, bright mood with touches of tangy lemon and this season’s on-trend stripes. Fresh food and summer vibes. What more could you want?
