The 3rd edition of this competition, dedicated to promoting women entrepreneurs in our region, is here. COTE Magazine and the Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises association (FCE) orga-nise the event. Although there is no such thing as male or female talent, just talent, the inequalities women encounter in terms of pay and their under-representation in management positions in companies are sufficient reasons to help highlight their initiatives and combat their invisibilisation in the economic world. In this respect, The FCE – representing more than 500,000 members internationally and with regional delegations in Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Golfe de Saint-Tropez, and Var Esterel – is a privileged space for exchange, reflection, and partnership development for women in management. Following the call for nominations for women CEOs, MDs at the head of an SME, VSE or group, or presidents of associations, the winners of the 2023 edition have been designated in eight categories: tourism, hope, agriculture, international, innovation, heritage, association, and jury’s favourite. The winners were honoured at a gala evening at the Château de Crémat in Nice.
