Why is Grant Thornton different from other market players?
As a leading provider of business assurance, tax and advisory services in France and worldwide, we’re different in that we work globally with our clients through our network covering 140 countries but at the same time deliver a flexible, responsive local service from our 23 offices, 120 partners and 1700 employees all around France. Additionally, our accounting, consultancy and legal services interact together, enabling a broad scope of action in responding to clients’ needs and maximising innovation and solution suitability. Consequently we can work with businesses of all types and sizes, from SMEs through public bodies to listed companies.

You mentioned the French network, can you tell us more?
Grant Thornton’s 23 regional offices mean it works with dynamic firms and entrepreneurs all over France, the underlying logic being that the quality, proximity and excellence of our services must be tailored to each region. Familiarity with local culture is fundamental; we need to be physically present in a region, aware of its history and acquainted with its actors in order to understand where a business leader is coming from and advise them accordingly.

How can you help the Côte d’Azur’s entrepreneurs?
Here in the Provence-Mediterranean Region (one of six) we have offices in Nice, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Hyères and La Seyne-sur-Mer, so we can always work and interact fast with clients. We can draw on the most suitable resources in a wide range of different fields – auditing, accountancy, transaction advice, operational advice, accounting and financial outsourcing, legal services etc. And we have built strong expertise in the Côte d’Azur’s flagship sectors, such as real estate, tourism, new technologies and the food industry.
