A well-known figure in the South and Saint-Tropez, Emile Garcin is passionate about buildings with character, and recently celebrated his 50th year as an estate agent. After opening Saint-Rémy-de-Provence’s first estate agency in 1963, he went on to establish his name in Ménerbes, Uzès, Mougins, Saint-Tropez, and finally Paris with the help of his children Emmanuel, Nathalie and Antoine. A strong sense of family solidarity motivated them to carry on the business, upholding its values based on listening to clients – what they say and what they don’t say! Today Emile Garcin has 22 agencies in France and abroad. “Throughout my career I’ve been blessed with people’s trust. I learnt to hone my understanding and perceive hidden desires by listening. Now I’m helping to preserve our heritage, setting a good example!”
