The Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez’s head concierge is also a passionate travel writer who has just published his third book, Appelez-moi Marquis*, a poetic, romantic narration plunging us deep into French Polynesia. Through it we discover the writer’s personal world as a nature explorer: “I researched the local flora and fauna in considerable depth in order to write about the stunningly beautiful natural environment from Tahiti and Bora-Bora to Maupiti and the Marqueses Islands. My most wonderful memories – there are many! – include swimming with harmless sharks and manta rays in turquoise blue lagoons.”
