The Nice hot-dog business is opening outlets all over and serving its delicious street food in the region's most popular places. The secrets of a brand powered by ambition.
It's hard not to like the popular Jacques Chichi hot dog with melting PGI tomme de Savoie cheese and confit onions! If Monsieur Albert has fast won over Rivieran taste buds it's thanks to top-quality ingredients and effective marketing of its eight varieties of hot dog featuring beechwood-smoked pork, beef or vegan sausage from Alsace or Bavaria, served in buns made by a local baker. The concept thought up by Francesca South and Sébastien Dameno has grown into a franchise hallmarked by reimagined street food of a distinctly on-trend style. From name to colour coding to welcoming bistro ambience, every detail counts. "We'll soon be extending our reach outside this region by opening an outlet in Lyon Airport. Monsieur Albert is so successful it now has a franchise network set to spread country-wise," says Dameno proudly. After opening on Nice Côte d’Azur Airport's Terminal 1 concourse, the hot-dog designer recently moved into the new Gare du Sud and will be opening in central Nice soon. To be continued....
