Over three decades this local firm has built more than 2500 homes in the Nice area and the Var. Its newest build, started recently, is the Quai Mirabeau apartment block in Antibes.

The residential-construction business that Max and Suzanne Garotta founded is now run by their sons, Laurent and Mathieu. "We're intent on innovating so as to grow our family heritage, but at the same time ensuring the firm stays human-sized," insists Laurent. He and his brother employ around 15 people and are very clear as to their positioning in the market: the conception, construction and sale of residential real estate delivering top value for money. Recently Riviera Réalisation has built the Palazzo Ribott (presently on sale) in an up-and-coming neighbourhood close by Place Garibaldi and the harbour in Nice, and now it's starting work on Le Quai Mirabeau, a luxury apartment building in understated but refined architecture, a short walk from Antibes's Old Town. This new development will offer 11 tranquil, light-filled apartments where distinctions between indoors and out are blurred.

Homes for the future
Rivera Réalisation guarantees clients a truly personal service by allocating each one a single contact who accompanies them from signing the contract to receiving the keys. The company has embraced technology too, such as the virtual visits it previewed at Nice's Salon de l'Immobilier, for its Le 7 apartment block in Antibes, and has forged ahead in energy savings, taking the Gaz Réseau Distribution de France prize for Villa Floria in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Building homes for the future, innovating and anticipating are the priorities for this developer with a young, dynamic mindset.
