This is the first service renting out electrically-assisted pedal cycles to people who work and study in Sophia-Antipolis. Launched in December 2016 by Clean Energy Planet, developer and manufacturer of secure docking stations for e-bikes, the project positions this form of eco-transport as THE solution to the rush-hour traffic problems plaguing the entire road system in and around the technology park. To answer people's diverse transport needs, Woov offers several affordable rental options, including a Smart Mobility Pack in partnership with Go Electrix, comprising a Mia Electric car, two e-bikes and a docking station.
