What if sport, mechanical or nautical, wasn't only an activity but an art of living as well? These two commercial heavyweights are out to prove just that by each opening a lifestyle showroom!
Following on from Los Angeles and Munich, Pirelli has now opened a P Zero World in Monaco, a new showroom dedicated to Prestige clients, owners of sports and luxury cars seeking exclusive products and services. Monte-Carlo was the natural choice for Pirelli's third retail outlet since the Principality is the European capital of motors sports and luxury. In the 900m² showroom you can indeed have your tyres changed, but you can also take advantage of specialist services such as car valeting and ceramic bodywork coating. The new showroom's inauguration also provided an opportunity to present the brand new Dragster 800 RR, a special version resulting from the collaboration between MV Agusta and Pirelli Design.
On land and sea
The Merci la Mer concept store that boat maintenance and refit specialist Monaco Marine has opened in Monaco's marina throws a bridge between the world of sailing and the art of living the sea, on board, in harbour or on the beach. The store offers a selection of men's, women's and children's ready-to-wear and swimwear, along with accessories, books and elegant objects, useful or otherwise, for taking on boat trips. The brands stocked include Vilebrequin swimwear, L.G.R. Sunglasses, Vélorapida electric bikes, and L/Uniform that has notably updated the sailor's duffel bag. The 140m² showroom designed in collaboration with the Humbert & Poyet architecture practice features big glass swing doors that open right out onto the sea, like a boat shed.
