On 1 October the chef and Best French Craftworker took up his post with this new management team introduced by the group. He will be in charge of the new bakery, patisserie and ice cream services for Resort establishments, along with the delicatessen service. In addition he will be culinary supervisor of the Salles des Etoiles, the Coya's catering, the Buddha-Bar and the Thermes Marins
Monte-Carlo's restaurant.
