Rue Cassini is getting a facelift, and new shop signs are blossoming. Steffen Scholl has chosen to open his beer and food bar here, surrounded by a décor of natural, handmade, and recycled materials. This young Belgian has adopted an eco-responsible approach to his menu, which features simple dishes made with local produce and original, additive-free craft beers. He uses traditional recipes handed down from his ancestors in the production unit he has set up and is passionate about creating new recipes: organic hops, Menton lemon, vine peaches from Monts du Lyonnais, apricot and lavender... you’ll discover his blends in the Belgian Blond Ale, Rouge des Flandres, and New England IPA. And don’t hesitate to ask for a taste to help you choose between all these different flavours. Eat in or takeaway.
