It’s the 9^th restaurant to be opened by a trio of young entrepreneurs in just four years, following Paris, Bordeaux, and Brussels. Set in the heart of Nice, their colourful and modern décor is an invitation to travel. The cuisine features locally sourced produce, homemade dishes, and South American-inspired recipes. Tigermilk refers to ‘leche de tigre’, the Peruvian marinade used in their flagship haddock ceviche. Mexico, Bolivia, Argentina... a fresh, spicy take on Latin food culture, with independent winemakers for wines and cocktails ranging from Mezcal Margarita to Pisco Sour. All at reasonable prices, in keeping with the company’s policy.
