Julien and the chef work closely together, creating dishes that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are delicious, depending on the local market. You’ll love the famous 8-hour lamb shank with homemade mashed potatoes, scallop carpaccio with truffle oil and the generous rum baba. For the festive season, the restaurant offers foie gras (also available to take away) and a special menu for 31 December.
