Le Bar 1917
New flavours with digestive virtues
Separate from its gourmet restaurant, the Bar 1917 of the Petit Nice, is an invitation to share tasty, good value menus while staring out to sea. The Bar 1917 is accessible to all and offers alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails for its guests to sip on while enjoying the views of the sea, the Château d’If and the islands of Friuli. Its original and virtuously healthy cocktails are made in particular with the Herbes de Vif, a mixture of flowers, roots, leaves and spices, invented by Chef Gérald Passédat. We recommend the Anse des Enfers cocktail concocted from the Anse des enfers infusion, with lemon juice, pineapple juice and a teaspoon of red tomato jam. You absolutely have to taste it!

In the heart of summer, the bar of the hotel Ile Rousse is the spot with a breath-taking bird’s-eye view of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The bar is open from 10am to midnight and offers a cozy and warm décor and a menu of classic and signature cocktails, but also non-alcoholic cocktails for a refreshing break during the day, such as the unmissable Miss Ginger composed of pear puree, lime, passion juice & ginger beer. On sunny days, the bar welcomes you at the pool side for a holiday feel and a view over the Rènecros Bay.
