Distilleries de Provence
A multifaceted gin
Distilleries et Domaines de Provence has been producing aperitifs and liqueurs from Provence for more than a hundred years. With its constantly innovative approach, it has launched a powerful gin reflecting the typical surrounding heathland. Gin XII is made with up to 12 plants and spices and can be enjoyed either pure, as a tonic or in a cocktail. We love this traditional Gin Tonic full of this aromatic palette, but we also love the “Mlle Rose” which combines Gin XII, Rinquinquin, rose sirop, lime juice and sparkling water. A totally refreshing beverage!

Maison Manguin
Spirits with olives
The Hanquiez couple passionately developed the Manguin house and perpetuated their know-how by creating eaux-de-vie, liqueurs, pastis, gin and other melon-based aperitifs and the Mediterranean Challenge. Whilst their signature fruit remains the Williams pear, the olive has become the star of the house. Now distilled, its very distinctive range consists of products such as Oli’Gin or Oli Vodka, which have become references in bars in France and abroad. Chefs are also inspired by the pure distilled olive, used in food pairing for its savoury flavours.

Maison Ferroni
Taste Explorer
In 2010, Guillaume Ferroni founded this great creative house which is deeply rooted in history, with the aim of reviving alcohols of yesteryear. In addition to its collection of aged rums and its vintage pastis made using traditional methods and aged for two years, the Ferroni house strives to reproduce alcohols which had disappeared since the 18th century by referring to old recipe books. Among these creations is the Ratafia de Marseille, a delicious concoction of red fruits, rum, red wine and spices and part of the remarkable Série des Lumières.
