A video art trail scattered in the lobby and rooms of the Windsor Hotel – not to mention the Hotel West End, La Malmaison, Villa Victoria and Villa Rivoli – along with a UFO trail in the city spreading as far as Le 109. Any number of participants from Nice for a festival showing a selection of local artists and foreign galleries, and for which Ukrainian researcher Oksana Chepelyk – Guest of Honour – presents her selection of works and installations.
