Musée Escoffier

The Escoffier Culinary Art Museum, temple of cookery and birthplace of Auguste Escoffier, founding father of French gastronomy, has a unique exhibition on until 31 October. Bijoux de table is an à la carte menu of outstanding creations by Nice precious-metal craftsman Jean Castelli, who has adorned the Riviera's finest tables. These beautiful pieces were made for the specific requirements of top chefs and the Bocuse d’Or competition.
