JAZZ À JUAN

Jamie Cullum joins the show

There are some Juan has always loved, such as Chick Corea, Stanley Clarke and George Benson, others the festival is getting very fond of, including Stacey Kent and Alex Hepburn, and of course there’s the immense Stevie Wonder! From 11 to 20 July on Pinède Gould’s temporary open-air stage and Juan’s streets, 200 musicians will play this 54th festival. We can’t wait to see showman Jamie Cullum, (photo) now an international icon thanks to his pop-tinted jazz. Live he’s stunning, his warm voice, funky piano and nervy groove driving audiences wild, youngsters included.
