Orchestre de Cannes

An afternoon of dance and music

Gearing up for a particularly busy year in 2015, the Cannes Orchestra regales us with music and dance on 14 December (4.30pm) with the show Danse avec la musique. Wielding the baton is the orchestra's conductor, Wolfgang Doerner, who will guide Nice pianist Nicolas Bringuier through pieces by Prokofiev, Mozart, Haydn, and Poulenc whose Aubade concerto will be danced by students from the Rosella Hightower ballet school. And don't forget the new events introduced this season: aperitifs with music every Tuesday in the Auditorium des Arlucs and masterclasses that are open to the public.
