Head off to unspoilt Ile Sainte-Marguerite to discover Nils-Udo’s environmental art. This famous German artist who figures in some of the most important contemporary art collections is showing his photographs in the island’s Musée de la Mer. A pioneer of land art, Nils-Udo sketches with flowers, paints with clouds and writes with water, then through his photos captures the memory of his creations before they fade for ever.
