Monte-Carlo Sporting Summer Festival

Roaring Forties!

Inaugurated in 1974 by Josephine Baker, the Sporting Monte-Carlo's Salle des Etoiles, celebrating its 40th birthday this year, hosts outstanding concerts every summer, among them European exclusives. The 2014 edition of the world's biggest live-music event makes no exception to the rule, with crooners (Julio Iglesias, Tom Jones, Paul Anka), rock legends (Status Quo, Neil Young, Elton John) and one-offs (Marcus Miller, Jeff Beck, Selah Sue, the Jackson Family).
