Yves Klein’s vibrating colour

To mark what would have been the pioneering artist and IKB (International Klein Blue) inventor’s 90th birthday, the retail mall pays tribute to him in his native city through an exhibition of a totally new kind, combining art and the latest technology. A selection of original masterpieces has been digitalised so as to create a complete sound-and-vision immersion in Klein’s world, the display synchronised with visitors’ movements so they can interact with the artworks by means of tactile, visual and acoustic processes. The exhibition illustrates the artistic revolution that Klein provoked from the 1950s.
