Apulia cuisine and wines. Do you know the Puglia region in the heel of the “boot”? Angela and Giuseppe, proud of their cultural identity, are intent on sharing their deep affection for this region with us. Dressed stone walls, terracotta floor tiles, and rustic, colourful furnishings create a décor as authentic as the simple yet delicious cuisine. Described as “peasant”, Apulian recipes are indeed peasant in terms of their ingredients, which are nonetheless rich and complex. Traditional bread and pasta, typical vegetables, speciality cooking... discover Frisella bruschetta, stuffed octopus, fried calzone U Panzerott... The burrata di Andria IGP is king, while the mussel and potato risotto is the same as you in Bari. Wines, beers, and olive oils are also on sale.
