Monaco’s gourmet secret. The MoNa restaurant is a well-kept secret, a gem discreetly tucked away in the luxurious setting of the MoNa Residence. Restaurateur and businessman Samy Sass created the restaurant, corporate chef Shahar Dahan is in overall charge and chef Tristant Romain is at the helm in the kitchen. MoNa is only for residents in the daytime, but open to the public from 7pm (by reservation). Sunny, friendly food with flavours from all round the Mediterranean: Mezzé to share, lamb cigars, mushroom ravioli, chicken with zaatar and more. The shady terrace is perfect for cocktails or desserts.
