Toffee temple

Toffee addicts, this is for you: a shop in Aix-en-Provence whose sole desire is to give you your fix. Toffees of all flavours, caramel spread, biscuits, filled chocolates and even candles. It’s all made in an old silk-worm breeding plant in Mane. You can visit the factory, enjoy its lovely garden and watch the toffee-making process. All in the true tradition except that here olive oil takes the place of butter, giving the finished product extra smoothness and a special flavour. Treat your inner child!
