It’s now 20 years since Elodie Soto settled down here in the village centre to compose her take on St Trop style for her womenswear shop. It’s much frequented by hip locals and tourists alike, who come here for summer outfits that are chic, cool and easy to wear on the beach and for evenings. Elodie knows everything about the work of the designers she sells and the artisanship, from all over the world, responsible for the garments in the bohemian collections. She herself designs a line of embroidered bikinis with Swim Days in Argentina. But the Tropezian must is still a romantic long dress, embroidered, knitted, beaded, inset with lace, flounced, even folksy or ethnic. A must bit of kit offered by many labels*, to wear with Elina Linardaki flip-flops, an Olijay necklace or an Aspiga belt.
