After eight months of work and 200 tonnes of concrete, Home Store has reopened its ground floor, closed since last October’s floods. The disaster ravaged the 3000m² showroom but the home refurbishment specialist (bathrooms, kitchens, tiling, decoration, gardens, tableware etc.) has bounced back bravely and forcefully, seizing the opportunity to revise its stock and product positioning and develop two strategies: revamp the catalogue of brands already sold, and add equally premium new ones. For example, there’s now a contemporary lighting section where you’ll spot
great classics such as the Artichok ceiling light that Danish designer Poul Henningsen created in 1958. But given the season we advise you tarry a while in the outdoor department – furniture (Grosfillex, Fermob, Ego, EMU), barbecues (Weber etc.), polycarbonate outdoor tableware (Guzzini, Zak) – so as to make the very best of your summer days!
