The Nice store’s faithfuls (and others) will be happy to learn that Françoise Schapira has brought in two new labels, Phillip Lim and Helmut Lang. The Chinese-descent Californian designer brings his collection in which silk blouses and structured trousers play a big role, and well worth a close look too is a superb pea jacket original in both its laced-style seams and the fact you can wear it with a matching or contrasting lining. The Australian designer expresses his creativity through garments – jeans, jackets etc. – that are again structured but give a masculine/feminine silhouette. Both looks fit right into the store’s philosophy of offering a world of fashion composed of well-known designers whose clothes work perfectly together.
