Not only did Gilles Leone win a 2016 Talent Trophy for one of his kitchens in a national competition run by Cuisines et Bains magazine, he’s also the new owner of this Cannes showroom. The premises are due for a major facelift at the end of the year but in the meantime you can (re)discover a premium kitchen manufacturer in business for nigh-on 90 years, notably through two very different lines in its contemporary collection: Pure and Urban. The first states its case through pared-down minimalist styling and a definite feel for presentation, giving a distinct graphic identity that involves an elegant mix of materials such as steel, stainless steel and wood. Urban gives more of a loft feel, being perfect for installing in large spaces and offering virtually unlimited combinations thanks to its separate elements. Finally, the store’s regular customers will be happy to find Eric is still a fixture, as for the last 22 years!
