Akris

A second Riviera store.

The Swiss fashion brand already in Monaco has now opened on the Cannes Croisette. Its hi-design showroom (furniture inspired by Austrian architect Adolf Loos, iconic chair by American designer Norman Cherner) plays with materials and colours (cream Spanish marble and shades of beige) to set off the sophisticated garments imagined by Albert Kriemler. A true fashion maverick, the label’s creative director continues to surprise us with his innovative but functional clothing giving pride of place to noble materials. The dress is this season’s stand-out garment, offered in a palette of bright colours (orange, red, green...) and superbly accessorised with Akris’s signature Ai Bag. An original new version of this came out for the Cannes inauguration; pick it up here alone!
