The latest foodie trend is to taste and share everything, so being in tune with his times, Michelin-starred chef Christian Sinicropi has come up with an entertaining and convivial new concept for the Relais restaurant. His Picore Food are sharing starters along the lines of Spanish tapas, on four different themes: Garden Vegetables (chard barbajuans, stuffed vegetables…), Turf (vitello tonnato yakitori, osso-buco cannelloni…), Surf (Caesar Bar of calamari and prawns…) and Pleasure featuring more festive treats such as semi-cooked duck foie gras, assorted oysters and lobster.
