One of the Croisette's oldest beaches has reinvented itself! The Rotondaro family, who has owned it since 1958, called in South of France caterer Helen to help comply with the city council's new architectural specifications and contribute its well-respected knowhow in gastronomy and up-market receptions. Blending it into the surroundings, the beach's new stripped-back decor features seaside materials – think rope chair seats. Chef Laurent Brunacci, who has frequented top addresses from Dubai to New York, delivers a locavore menu (a special mention for his marinated and grilled cockerel “crapaudine” biryani). Themed dinners liven the nights up from 5 July to 6 September.
