Riffing on St Trop beach huts, with palm trees and a Balinese-inspired decor, this new beach is set to draw those seeking natural surroundings. Ubiquitous pale wood from floor to tables to the imposing pergola that gives the place its cachet as well as its shade, and our couldn't-be-more southern olive trees and bougainvillaea mirroring planted partition walls. Foodwise, the beach's Tibetan chef delivers an extensive menu interspersed with Asian influences, for example revisiting our famed salade niçoise by using semi-cooked tuna marinated in spices, and replacing the overly common tomato-and-mozzarella by a mango carpaccio with Puglian burrata cheese. More traditional gourmets can opt for the burger with truffled brie or the catch-of-the-day fish. Throughout the summer there will be wellbeing mornings with yoga and detox juices, plus of course the afternoon beach parties. Something for you all!
