The Beach Club is located below the hotel, at the end of the long Gigaro beach. This charming straw hut, set between fine sand and pine trees, boasts two restaurants run by chef Vincent Maillard, who trained with such greats as Guy Savoy and Alain Ducasse. La Brigantine, with its unique waterside terrace, showcases Italian cuisine from the northern lakes to Sicily in an elegant trattoria style (vitello tonnato, green risotto with spring vegetables, grilled fish...). The second restaurant, Pépé, with its feet in the sand, transports you to an Italian village on market days. Laughter erupts, glasses clink, and taste buds delight in shared cuisine. In the well-being spirit that characterises the Lily Of The Valley concept, the water sports club coaches offer classes (paddle yoga, aqua walking, and aqua boxing).
