Everything in the glorious sunshine is an open invitation to perfection. Chef Nicolas Dufour’s cuisine showcases the riches of land and sea, with catch of the day and starring rib of beef from Lesage butcher’s, not to mention such specialities as spider crab pasta and the Wagyu burger – a symphony of flavours inviting conviviality in an exceptional setting overlooking the sea. The carefully selected wines come from local vineyards. The beach bar, close to the sun loungers, is the perfect place to sip a cocktail as the day closes.
