The Carlton Beach Club, a sun-drenched extension to the iconic Belle Epoque hotel, has countless stories to be told, given the myriads of celebrities who have graced its golden sand. Grace Kelly and Cary Grant gave it their all in Hitchcock’s To Catch a Thief, and Elton John let loose with some spirited dance steps on the memorable pontoon overlooking the sparkling waters.
