Sun and fun at the beach

Just below the JW Marriott hotel, this elegant beach club lines up its parasols across from the Lérins islands and the Estérel mountain range. Its pontoon is the largest in Cannes and it’s perfect for relaxing between dips. In a setting inspired by the Greek islands, with bright pink bougainvillea enhancing its blue and white decor, the restaurant has two menus: one Japanese with creative specialties by the sushi master Phai, and the other more Mediterranean, a selection of small sharing plates laden with local fare. From 2:30 p.m. all summer long, live music, DJs and singers head to the beach to get the party started. Sip on a delicious cocktail made by expert mixologists or try out one of the many water sports on offer: banana boat, wakeboarding, towed buoys, water skiing: there’s something for everyone.
