Simply by rearranging the teak steamer chairs so as to create more intimacy. A great idea, and as this year's low tables are bigger too, you get more space for your cocktail, sunglasses, COTE magazine, and plate if you choose to eat at the waterside from Nicolas's Mediterranean menu.
