Micaela Doux, hostess here for the last 30 years, has now brought in two partners, Olivia Seitz and Romain Salvignol, to breathe new life into her legendary beach. In decoration that translates as honey-coloured teak tables giving a warm contemporary feel. In food, chef Denis has revisited the menu with his new team, giving fresh fish sliced before your eyes, ceviche of gilt-head bream with citrus fruits, Thai-style wok chicken, sashimi of salmon flambéed in Sambuca… not to mention Daniele's fabulous pizzas. In the evenings the lounge welcomes you for cocktails and tapas to music, your feet in the sand.
