He hasn't forgotten meat lovers either, serving up veal rib, rack of lamb and hand-cut beef tartare, as well as including truffled dishes on his menu, for example creamed potato, gnocchi and a burger. Lastly, there's a fine choice of desserts and wines to complete your meal.
