“Palace” lifestyle at the beach

You’ll find all the charm of Saint-Tropez’s legendary “palace” here at Pampelonne. Luxury abounds, inspired by the marine world and nature. Openwork rope parasols and wide wooden sunbeds facing the horizon provide the perfect place to relax and unwind. Redwood tables set the scene for seafood and Provençal delights, masterfully prepared by chef Kevin Pasquet, working exclusively with local producers, and herbs, fruit, and flowers from the Byblos’ private kitchen garden. Mediterranean tapas, salads, grilled meat, and fish are the order of the day. At sundown, guests gather around the beach bar for cocktails, chilled rosé from Domaine Ott Clos Mireille or a glass of champagne as they share a light tapas menu until 9 pm.
