A radical change of style for what used to be the Bambou, the arrival of Eden (and Chloé) having a lot to do with it as he is known as the "driver" of two other reputed Nice venues, Madison and Choko. His idea here is to offer locals and tourists a place that mixes chic seaside lifestyle, festive ambience and nice little dishes of fusion food, Asian cuisine and Mediterranean flavours. On the menu: warm octopus, artichoke salad, bo bun, tartares (beef, salmon, tuna), woks (chicken, prawns), carpaccio, honeyed darne of salmon, pan-fried scallops with vanilla, and so on. We like the white colour scheme setting off the teak furniture, plus the real coconut palms and banana trees. At weekends there's music until midnight with a DJ and live band.
