If the second edition trophy of the Women Business Leaders / COTE Magazine aimed at recognition, the 2023 edition is clearly aimed at celebrating legitimacy, as this great event has successfully established itself in the Provençal economic landscape.

You can’t help but notice that the reason why these trophies are becoming more and more important and legitimate is because women leaders have been able to earn their place in the economic field, supported by the strength of the network created within FCE and the delegation presidents, all of whom are very attached to this event. The development of these trophies highlighting and rewarding many business leaders is obvious. Sylvie Plunian, president of FCE Marseille, notes that «these ambitious women contribute significantly to growth and economic development while breaking gender stereotypes». They also demonstrate «that economic success is not defined by gender, but by skill, creativity and perseverance.» The 2023 awards celebrate two duos of women leaders, proving that women never shy away from working together whilst aiming for success. Even if all the winners have different backgrounds, they also have assets in common, whether it be talent, tenacity, charisma or generosity.
