As part of the official Marseille-Provence-Gastronomie programme, the Musée d’Histoire de Marseille, the Musée d’Arles Antique and the Institut National de la Recherche Archéologique have joined forces to produce this multi-facetted cultural event. More than 4000 objects on display, a hundred multimedia terminals, films, talks, tasting workshops and tours combine to offer a journey through 7000 years of gastronomic history.
