This festival first took place in 2011, on the initiative of a non-profit called LES ASSO(S) in partnership with Maison Blanche (town hall of Marseille’s 9th and 10th arrondissements) and the Ecole Supérieure d’Art et de Design Marseille-Méditerranée. Winner of the first prize at this year’s festival is Adrien Selbert.
As well as the exhibition Histoires parallèles at FRAC PACA until 7 February 2016, places and photographers waiting to be discovered include the following :
- Frédéric Laban, « Les couleurs du Corbusier », à la Cité Radieuse (jusqu’au 5 janvier).
- Éva Barto, Véronique Bourgoin, Jérémy Laffon, Franck Perrin, Fred Pradeau : Trailer #02, à la GAD (jusqu’au 5 janvier).
- Paul Destieu à Vol de nuit (jusqu’au 18 décembre).
- Denis Brihat à la Librairie Maupetit (jusqu’au 31 décembre).
Par ailleurs, Maud Grübel, lauréate du prix Maison Blanche 2012, signe son livre Jardin d’essai au Studio Aza, le 18 décembre.
