Dreams have one thing in common with paintings: the images they show us seem as convincing as any reality. Belief systems and art movements have always taken dreams seriously. The Romantics, the Symbolists and, influenced by psychoanalysis, the Surrealists, made a speciality of representing dreams. Included in this exhibitions are works by Picasso, Dali, Magritte, Chagall, Miro, Goya and more. The stuff of dreams!
