The Palais de l’Archevêché in Arles hosts Grégory Lasserre & Anaïs met den Ancxt. Their installations, at the boundary between the virtual and the physical, appeal to sensory fields that we tend to neglect in everyday life. Métamorphy uses touch to redefine the concepts of interface, texture and textile; Matières sensibles is a subtly interactive wood marquetry work; Phonofolium turns a tree into a stereo set and Lights Contacts uses the human body to link up a network.
