What could more eloquently open new prospects for French-Cuban friendship than this exhibition of work by artists who are Cuban by nationality or by sympathy. Included are some current celebrities such as Andres Serrano, whose iconoclastic engagement has stirred up polemics. Agnès Varda casts her documentary film-maker’s eye on the subject and there is an offshoot show, with more of a Marseille slant, at the gallery of Didier Gourvennec Ogor, the exhibition’s curator.
