A restaurant will be opening next December in the Palais de la Bourse with Marseille’s HCB Group, under its chairman Jean-David Cohen, at the helm. The imposing edifice, built in 1860, already houses the headquarters of the Marseille-Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Musée de la Marine. The new 630m2 restaurant includes terraces (on the Vieux-Port side) and indoor dining rooms, divided into several areas that change pace throughout the day. Catering for everyone, from breakfast to lunch and from teatime to dinner, with spaces that can be adapted to host meetings and working sessions. Fully equipped spaces ranging from individual workstations to a conference room can be booked by the hour or by the day to foster discussion and promote synergy between business people.
